Mid-August...Rain, Please! It's Lily Time!
In the morning, I walk the grounds, check my honey-bee hives before moving on to the gardens. Sounds of birds keep me company. I might see a honey-bee in the bird bath or on a flower-- sometimes, many honey bees. But I like this display of summer day-lilies, as seen here. The season is already beginning to wind down. Fortunately, the dearth for honey bees has not yet arrived, but soon will. Right now, they are frantic. Here is the full display of lilies...this year, some are peak, some are gone, some are yet to arrive, like life, itself. Thanks for your interest and support.
