Dec. 28, 2020,...Just Before New Year's...Hoorah!

Here is a more particular view of the original image, an acrylic painting on masonite board at small scale, 7" x 5" from which prints have been made available. Thanks to those who like and have purchased this print...just recently! I expect in the New Year I might try a few of these with a palette knife at a larger scale and see what I get, what results, am looking forward to new challenges in 2021. Here in my last blogpost of 2020, I include myself among those who await new hope and promise, time to dial back the clatter, the din, the emotion, the freneticism, and just take a deep breath. Is this possible?

Last note...am fortunate to have three examples of current work hanging in the seasonal exhibit that opened recently at Imago Gallery, Warren, Rhode Island. One example is seen in the eighth piece you see if you should scroll down from the opening image. Covid or not, we're hoping to get over there to see this exhibit  before too long...following strict protocols, of course!

Happy New Year, and thanks for visiting, thanks for messages, thanks for support
