5/29 A Sacred Day
Below is another print available, from the same original "Who We Are Collection," designed just after 9.11.01. The flag utilizes one that hung outside this house on that day. I admit...both hymns, The Battle Hymn of the Republic and America the Beautiful move me more deeply at this latter stage than at any previous time in my life. May we all stop to think about what it is and how it came to be that we can be doing today what we have chosen to undertake because of those among us who gave up their lives for this cause.
